Description:
Led by Dr. Dilip Sarkar, this yoga therapy retreat will address “Yoga Therapy: Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Medicine,” through a combination of lectures, presentations, and interactive practice demonstrations by Dr. Sarkar and guest speakers.
Advance registration, including acceptance of disclaimer and payment of registration fee, is required. For this reason, you may only register for one person at a time, so that we obtain accepted disclaimers for each person.
Remember to come “on an empty stomach” (see details in the disclaimer), and wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
Please bring your own yoga mat, tissues, and other personal items, as well as your own brown bag lunch, as we will have a working lunch with Q&A.
